Resty Tocmo

Resty Tocmo is a lecturer in the Department of Food and Nutritional Sciences at the University of Reading. He holds a PhD in Food Science from the National University of Singapore and an MSc in Food Science from Cornell University. He conduced posdoctoral training at the University of Wisconsin-Madison and the University of Illinois at Chicago. Before moving to Reading, Resty was a Marie Curie-Enterprise Ireland Research Fellow in Immunology at Dublin City University.
